Our Programs
Each program starts with a specific goal or life situation and represent time-tested methods to effectively and safely progress towards a better you. In combination with our Movement Program, these become individualized and tailored health and wellness pathways. Some of our programs:
Generalized muscle maintenance and strength. Good for people who want to keep their muscle as they age, feel strong enough to enjoy life and not look like a bodybuilder. Also fantastic for those on semaglutides
Muscle gain. Good for people who have lost some muscle due to a number of conditions such as surgery, cancer treatments, or young and underweight (as I was in high school and college)
Post-hernia surgery. Good for those of us who had an abdominal surgery and need to ease back into cardiovascular health, low core involvement while recuperating and minimize muscle and strength loss
Sports off-season strength and conditioning. We had the wonderful experience of working with OKC and NY Knicks players in the off-season and created an advanced plan for serious athletes
Golf foundational movement quality. Good for amateurs and those starting to play golf in order to lessen the chronic issues that can creep up like back pain, shoulder discomfort and hip asymmetry
